Job Description



The Towers Independent, Assisted and Memory Care Community is looking for a full time Administrative Assistant to provide administrative support to the Administrator as well as other departments. Some of the function of the Admin Assistant are, but not limited to:


  • Preparing community correspondence, including memos, reports, newsletters, forms, policy procedures, minutes of meetings, etc., as requested.

  • Assisting marketing with mailings, scheduling tours, dispersing information, etc.

  • Assisting with new residents’ move-in and orientation.

  • Assisting the Activity Director and marketing staff with special functions and events.






Job Requirements


●  Must have one year clerical experience.


●  Must have knowledge of computer/word processor.


●  Must have ability to sit for extended periods of time.


●  Must have ability to communicate effectively and handle multiple priorities in a busy work area.


●  Must maintain a professional appearance and dress accordingly.


●  Must possess the ability to use required business machines.


●  Must have strong customer service skills.


●  Must be able to exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
