Job Description

The Wellington at Lake Manassas is looking for an energetic, motivated and experienced Move-In Coordinator to assist with the pre-sales of the community - scheduled to open in April 2019. The Move-In Coordinator would transition from the sales office to the Community upon opening and continue to assist the Community Relations Director with the move in of new residents. The Move-In Coordinator is responsible for coordinating resources to achieve the optimum in customer service for potential and current residents of the Community. Some of their functions are:

  • Marketing the Community
  • Scheduling appointments and tours for potential residents
  • coordinating resident move-ins, move-outs and in-house transfers
  • maintains accurate daily census
  • facilitates new residents' integration as members of the community

Job Requirements

  • Must be able to work flexible hours during days, evenings and weekends.

  • Must possess transportation and be willing to travel locally in support of networking and marketing functions.  

  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written form.

  • Must possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task. 

  • Must possess sales ability and strong customer service skills. 

  • Must be familiar with Windows operating systems, MS Office, email software, internet browsers, and fax machines.

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalency. 

  • One year of work with the elderly is preferred. 

  • Must be able to understand and carry out all RUI community policies and procedures.

  • Must be able to exert up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
